I recently completed the Business Analyst course at SIT, and it was an incredible journey. The trainers, Santosh, Sahadev, and Madhav, were not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and friendly. They made complex concepts easy to understand and were always available to answer questions. The internship program provided practical exposure and helped bridge the gap between theory and practice. I’m grateful for the personalised training and guidance that prepared me for my new role as a business analyst. If you’re looking for a comprehensive course that can help you grow in your career, I highly recommend SIT’s Business Analyst program.
The institute boasts an outstanding team of faculty members who are experts in their respective fields. They possess extensive knowledge and experience, and their passion for teaching is evident. The faculty’s commitment to providing quality education has greatly enhanced my learning experience. SIT is an amazing institution which helps employees working in nonIT upskill and secure a job in IT industry
I had the incredible privilege of being trained by Santosh at SIT (Software Institute of Technology), and I cannot express enough gratitude for the life-changing experience he provided. Santosh played an instrumental role in helping me transition from a customer service career to the world of software development, and his impact has been nothing short of remarkable.
In terms of education qualification, graduation is needed. It could be any degree in any field. Even B.com, B.Tech, B.Sc any degree holder is eligible to join BA course.
Basic English speaking, reading, writing & listening skills.(no need of fluency). You should be able to convey and manage things. Due to technology applications like zoom you can record the sessions and go through them multiple times.
Any Domain knowledge(Add-on): Show your experience about a business process in which you know end to end process. For example payments, sales process, Loan processing etc. BA’s are most required in BFSI, Healthcare, Education, Logistics & Ecommerce domains.Proper mindset to learn the course. We can give you skillset and toolset. But mindset is your responsibility. People who fix to achieve success have to first fix their mindset.
BA doesn’t require to know about technology or coding. BA should be able to understand business process flow, applications features, User Interface, uses of the applications and different users and their capabilities on the application.
If you aim to become a Techno-Functional Business Analyst then you need to learn about DBMS(Database Management System) and SQL(Structured Query Language). Also few Techno functional BAs roles require you to know about API’s as well. But these
We give job assistance but can’t guarantee as we are committed to give 100% from our side in upskilling but end of the day you need to attend interviews and answer all the questions asked in the interview. So it depends on you how much you have learned and understood and how well you’re going to present during the interview. It depends on various factors especially from the trainees side as well.
Trainees who were able to focus and learn the concepts were placed in amazing organisations and few of them have got promoted to next level jobs like Project managers and Sr Business Analysts.
We are committed and dedicated to help you until you get the BA job. We are always available to resolve your queries and just a ping away to reach us. We are able to do this because we take only 10-15 members in every batch.
We spend 2 months with full focus to train and place you. We don’t leave any stone unturned during this time to reach your goal.
We work with our network to provide your interview calls, interview preparation’s and feedback after the interview. Our network also helps you after you get in the placed in the organisations.
We are updated as per the market standards and we can guarantee you more than 85% of the questions will be from what we have taught in these 2months. 15% surprise questions could be organisation specific or project specific. But without working in that project or organisation we can’t answer such questions and the interviewers will consider this point.
However, interviewers will not expect you to know all the answers.
Recently we coined the 3 C’s to crack a BA interview. They are:
First C – Confidence: Confidence plays the crucial rule. Interviews mainly check how confident are you. Confidence will do wonders in your life. I have seen confident people are achievers and sky is a limit for them. On contrary people who are less confident or doubtful people can’t go ahead in their life. So we have to do research on a topic and then instil confidence. SITs training course is meant to give you a lot of confidence by showcasing not only theory concepts but practical scenarios will also be discussed.
Second C – Communication: Communication mean not just speaking good English. Its ability to understand the opposite persons question and respond exactly. It’s your ability to portray the thoughts running in your mind effectively in simple words and slow rate of speech and with a good sound. People who are effective communicators can gel well with people, can understand clients problems very well. Can be a good team member.
Third C – Concepts: Basic concepts of BA should be learned and explained as if you have done them practically during the interview. The concepts shouldn’t be explained in such a way that you have learnt it somewhere. You have to practise these concepts and apply during internship or in your regular work and explain them using that experience. SIT will help you in 3rd C.
Before starting the course we should mentally fix that we have to learn a new subject. And learning a new subject happens slowly and steadily. Don’t be in a hurry and don’t bog down when you’re unable to understand and when you miss any topic. We are here to equip you with all the knowledge if though you miss attending a session or if you didn’t attend any session. Its patience, perseverance and steadiness which will help you to achieve learning the subject. Once you understand the entire subject you need to practice it in your daily work. Think about the subject and apply it on a daily basis. You need not sit separately and study the subject, while you’re doing your regular job only you can prepare and understand the topics. We will give you instructions on how to achieve it during the sessions.
It’s the most frequently asked question. BA job has few similar tasks and common skills which match to any non-IT job. A combination of your non IT skills and the one month course can transform you into a proper business analyst. Throughout the training we will give you customised training to transform your non-IT job to Business analyst job.
Interviewers also are ready to accept people from non-IT industry provided they have learned these skills and have transformed their non IT job to a BA job. They ensure that you have proper skills required for BA job.
During interviews, organisations check whether you have required skills and your attitude. If they feel you’re good then they will hire you. The HR team/BGV team will check whether you have really worked in the organisation and they will check you conduct. They will not check you process or designation or projects in which you have worked.
Many employees in IT organisation shift from business/operations teams/non-IT industry to IT industry. And they succeed too.
It’s not risk it’s just upskilling yourselves and surviving to the market conditions. When large organisations like HSBC who have 100’s of years of experience are transforming themselves to survive in this challenging market and they are trying to rebrand themselves as a fintech companies. We also should upskill and be relevant to the market.
We shouldn’t have that mindset of extra carefulness which will close the doors for us to become success. Progress definitely requires to take some amount of risk.
Yes, till now our trainees who cracked job were all successful and few of them have got promotions as well. We are there to help you and the beauty of this job is that a project is a level playing ground everyone experienced or a new joiner both have to start from scratch and understand things from beginning. And we also give you OJT for 2months. We have noticed that our trainees have never come to us and asked for any help till now, they became self-sufficient and are excelling in this job role.
